Central Asia Capital supports education in various formats - from kindergartens and school classes to international MBA programs. Our projects provide children and adults with access to modern knowledge, help uncover talents, and prepare leaders who will develop the economy and society of Central Asia.

We are forming the managers of the future.

We are forming the managers of the future.

Leadership is not born — it is developed. Together with the Presidential Academy of the Russian Federation (RANEPA), we have opened the Higher School of Business in Central Asia. Here, the MBA program “Corporate Management and Marketing” is underway, created in collaboration with the IESE Business School in Barcelona — the world leader according to Financial Times.

In 28 years, about 4,000 managers and leaders have graduated from it. Now the program is available to residents of Central Asia. For us, this is a contribution to a generation of leaders who will develop the economy and strengthen the region.

We support talents

We support talents

In collaboration with the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B.N. Yeltsin (KRSU), we have launched a scholarship program for the best students. The scholarship helps those who study excellently and strive for new knowledge to focus on their studies and research. We invest in future engineers, entrepreneurs, and scientists who create innovations.

Opening access to knowledge

Opening access to knowledge

The bell rang in the schools of Talas and Naryn regions — children entered the new computer class. Someone timidly touched the keyboard, someone excitedly opened the first window on the internet. For many, this is the first step into a world where knowledge knows no boundaries.

We are opening such classes together with the Embassy and the Administration of the President of Russia, so that every child learns on par with their peers from big cities. It doesn't matter if they were born in the capital or in a remote village — everyone has the same right to dream and a future.

Developing education in the native language

Developing education in the native language

When a new school or kindergarten opens, along with the children, the hopes of parents and the smiles of teachers come there. Russian-speaking schools and kindergartens are a bridge between cultures. Here, a child grows up in a multilingual environment, learns to understand different traditions, and broadens their world.

Today, about 270 thousand ethnic Russians live in Kyrgyzstan, and more than 2.6 million people are proficient in the Russian language. Most of the country's residents use Russian in their daily lives — in schools, at work, in media, and in business. For millions of people, it remains a language of communication that unites the various peoples of Kyrgyzstan.

Therefore, supporting Russian-speaking education is our special focus. We plan to open new schools and kindergartens under the auspices of the foundation, so that the Russian language remains a solid foundation for education, communication, and cultural exchange. For the youth, this is not only the preservation of traditions, but also a pathway to universities, international programs, and new professions.
