Training personnel for business and government

Together with RANEPA and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, the fund is developing systemic training for top managers. In 2025–2026, two educational platforms were launched at once: the Graduate School of Business with an MBA program featuring the participation of IESE Business School for the corporate sector, and the Graduate School of Public Administration for executive branch leaders. This provides the region's economy and state apparatus with international-level personnel.
