Central Asia Hub

The first industrial technology park in Kyrgyzstan, established with the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic to localize Russian and international manufacturing. The site provides infrastructure for enterprises and research centers, offering tax incentives and expert support to residents.

Muras

Muras

The Muras automobile plant, established in partnership with a major regional automaker, became the hub's first resident. Phase one investments are estimated at 30M USD, and the asset targets phased expansion and manufacturing localization. The plant creates jobs and serves as a starting point for full-cycle mechanical engineering development.

Executive training for business and the public sector

Executive training for business and the public sector

In partnership with RANEPA and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, the fund develops executive training programs. In 2025–2026, we launched two educational platforms: the Graduate School of Business, featuring an MBA program in collaboration with IESE Business School for the corporate sector, and the Graduate School of Public Administration for executive branch officials. These institutions are positioned to supply the region's economy and government with internationally trained professionals.

The fund strengthens the partnership between Russia and Kyrgyzstan, translating Eurasian integration concepts into operating manufacturing facilities, jobs, and new opportunities. Anton Sobin, Chairman of the Board of Directors, initiated the drafting of a long-term socio-economic development strategy for the country spanning the next 30 years. The large-scale effort is being conducted in partnership with RANEPA and leading Russian economists to establish a foundation for joint regional growth.
