Industrial hub Central Asia Hub

Central Asia Hub is a complex of production sites in the cities of the Kyrgyz Republic, created specifically for Russian companies that want to establish their production here under the jurisdiction of the EAEU.

Central Asia Hub forms a unified industrial space between Russia and Kyrgyzstan and provides a fast, clear, and profitable entry for Russian technologies and industries into the EAEU market.

Created for Russian manufacturers with established technologies — from assembly lines to contract manufacturing. Russian companies can place their own workshops, assembly, and service facilities under the terms of the EAEU.

Residents receive significant tax benefits, access to financing, and expert support (legal assistance, launch and scaling, local personnel, logistics)

The strategy for the development of Kyrgyzstan

Anton Sobin initiated the development of a long-term strategy for the socio-economic development of the Kyrgyz Republic. The work is being carried out in collaboration with the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) and leading Russian economists.
