About the project
leasing.express is the largest leasing company in Kyrgyzstan, holding a 56% market share. It is one of the key assets of the private equity fund Central Asia Capital.
The project develops the segment of financial leasing for individuals and legal entities, integrating technology, service, and partnership models into a single ecosystem. The company was the first in the market to introduce fully digital transaction processing, reducing the leasing approval cycle to just two hours.
Today, leasing.express is more than a financial instrument — it is a core component of the region’s transportation and investment ecosystem
The project was founded in 2018. The history of the Central Asia Capital fund began with the launch of leasing.express — a service that made car leasing simple, transparent, and accessible. This step became the starting point for the formation of a modern financial infrastructure in Kyrgyzstan.

Over five years, leasing.express has gone from a startup with a turnover of 100 thousand soms in 2020 to the largest player in the market with revenue exceeding 700 million soms in 2025.
EBITDA has increased nearly 1,000×, while the customer base grew x1.5 in a single year. The company demonstrates steady revenue growth and operational efficiency from 2020 to 2025, expands its product line, and consistently optimizes business processes.
