"The hub model is based on the partnership between the state and private capital for long-term investments and the commercialization of innovations. The park will create thousands of jobs and provide conditions for industrial cooperation between Russia, Kyrgyzstan, and the EAEU countries. Loyalty between governments is at the highest level, which guarantees the security of business implementation. Russian companies can already become residents or investors."
