The investment fund Central Asia Capital presents the project to create the first national car factory in Kyrgyzstan, where the car "Muras" will be produced. The project was initiated by the fund, and the technological partner is AO "AvtoVAZ". The launch of the factory is an important step for diversifying the country's economy, reducing dependence on the import of used cars, and creating a brand that will become a true symbol of Kyrgyzstan.

Strategy and Development Stages
The development of the strategy for creating the national car factory was fully supervised by Anton Sobin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Central Asia Capital. He was the initiator of the project and the author of its name "Muras" — a symbol of Kyrgyzstan's heritage, reflecting the country's aspiration to develop its own automotive industry.
The project is planned for 10 years and will be implemented in stages:
Stage 1 (2026-2030): Large-scale assembly, producing up to 1,500 cars per year.
Stage 2 (2031-2035): Medium-scale assembly, expanding the model range, producing up to 5,000 cars.
Stage 3 (after 2035): Full production cycle, producing over 7,000 cars annually.
Model Range and Availability
The "Muras" factory will produce:
Passenger cars, popular models from AvtoVAZ: Granta, Vesta, Largus, Niva, Iskra.
Commercial vehicles and special models for medicine and the social sphere.
The base price of the car is 10,400 dollars with a possible reduction of 15% in the first three years thanks to support from the Russian Federation.
Economic Impact for Kyrgyzstan
The project will bring significant benefits to the country's economy:
Contribution to GDP: up to 1% by 2035.
Job Creation: up to 12,000 new positions.
Tax Revenues: over 500 million soms annually.
Reduction of Import Dependence: development of domestic production.
Government Support
The project has received support at the level of government agencies. This includes the involvement of high-profile officials, such as the First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Daniyar Amangeldiev, who has taken personal control of the project. Support from the government of Russia is also planned in the form of tax benefits, land plots, and a leasing program for cars produced in Kyrgyzstan.
Export Potential and International Cooperation
In 2031, it is planned to export up to 3,000 cars annually to Central Asia and the Balkans. The project was highly praised at the VII Kyrgyz-Russian Economic Forum in Bishkek and received recognition in Russian government circles.
The "Muras" Project — A Symbol of a New Era for Kyrgyzstan
The "Muras" car will become not only a car but also a symbol of a new era for the country. With it, the country will take a step towards creating its own national brand, which will be a source of pride for all Kyrgyz citizens and will embody the aspiration for progress and prosperity.
The "Muras" project from Central Asia Capital and AO "AvtoVAZ" is a strategically important step towards renewing Kyrgyzstan's vehicle fleet, creating jobs, and implementing new technologies, which will significantly impact the economy of the country and its long-term development.
