At Central Asia Capital, we believe that the best investments are investments in people. That’s why we don’t just finance projects; we help nurture new leaders for the country.

In April 2026, the Central Asia Capital investment fund, in collaboration with the RANEPA Academy, will open the Higher School of Public Administration of Central Asia (HSPU CA). The program is designed to train senior management of the executive branch.

This strategic partnership was agreed upon at a trilateral meeting between the First Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Daniyar Amangeldiev, the Rector of RANEPA Alexey Komissarov, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Central Asia Capital Anton Sobin. The meeting took place during the first International Congress on Public Administration in Moscow.

What was agreed upon:

— Kyrgyz managers will be trained by the best experts from Moscow.

— Focus on digitalization — so that the government operates quickly and conveniently for citizens.

— Launch is already set for April.

It is our honor to launch the second major project of the fund in the region after the opening of the Higher School of Business in Central Asia in Bishkek. Learning from the best to build a better home — this is the right strategy.
