Executive training for business

Executive training for business

In October 2025, in partnership with RANEPA, the fund launched the Central Asia Graduate School of Business. It hosts the Corporate Management and Marketing MBA program, developed in collaboration with IESE Business School in Barcelona.


The program has graduated approximately 4,000 executives over 28 years, making this international standard accessible to regional managers.

In October 2025 jointly with the Presidential Academy RANEPA, the foundation opened the Higher School of Business of Central Asia. On its basis, the MBA program "Corporate Management and Marketing" is being implemented, developed jointly with the Barcelona business school IESE.


Over 28 years, about four thousand managers have graduated from the program, and now this international standard is available to managers of the region.

The educational strategy expanded in April 2026 with the launch of the Central Asia Graduate School of Public Administration (CAGSPA), in partnership with RANEPA and backed by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.


The platform targets executive training for government officials through the Specialized Master in Public Management (SMPM) program.

A logical continuation of the educational strategy was the launch in April 2026 of the Graduate School of Public Administration of Central Asia in cooperation with RANEPA and supported by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.


The platform is tailored towards training top managers for executive authorities under the Specialized Master in Public Management (SMPM) program.

Digital educational infrastructure

Digital educational infrastructure

In collaboration with the Embassy and the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation, the fund opens computer labs in regional schools, including institutions in the Talas and Naryn regions.


The initiative is designed to bridge the digital divide and provide students outside major cities with equal access to technology.

Restoration of the Major General Ivan Panfilov monument

The fund acted as the main investor and project executor for the memorial's restoration in Panfilovskoye village, the division's historical formation site. The initiative was a joint effort between Central Asia Capital and the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, backed by the Russian Embassy in Kyrgyzstan, the Panfilov district administration, and the Dubrovin foundry.

For the 80th anniversary of Victory Day, the fund sponsored the issuance of a commemorative silver coin by the National Bank and a limited-edition stamp series, Kyrgyzstanis — Heroes of the Soviet Union, in partnership with Rossiyskaya Gazeta.

During the anniversary Chingiz Aitmatov Issyk-Kul Forum, the fund financed the opening of a dedicated lecture hall named after the writer at the Jusup Balasagyn Kyrgyz National University.


The initiative was executed with the participation of the Presidential Administration and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. The new space is positioned to provide students and young scientists with infrastructure for lectures and expert discussions.

As part of the anniversary Issyk-Kul Forum named after Chingiz Aitmatov, the foundation financed the opening of a lecture hall named after the writer at the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn.


The project was implemented with the participation of the Presidential Administration and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. The new space will provide students and young scientists with a modern infrastructure for lectures and expert discussions.
