Studies are legitimate under the law and are used in court: Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Priority Measures for the Implementation of the Polygraph Testing System in the Public Service" dated August 27, 2010 No. 146.

These diplomas entitle them to engage in professional activities in the field of special psychophysiological research using a polygraph. Our specialists undergo professional retraining at the ANO DPO "Modern Psychophysiological Institute."
Memorandum of cooperation with the International Arbitration Court
A memorandum of cooperation and interaction has been concluded with the International Arbitration Court under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic. This Memorandum of cooperation and interaction within the framework of the project for the implementation of psychophysiological studies using a polygraph (lie detector) in the judicial system and practice of the Kyrgyz Republic was signed on June 14, 2024.
